In this specialized role, you will maintain the electronics department to the highest standards, ensuring products are properly displayed, secured, and accessible. You will assist guests with mobile phone activations, explain warranty and protection plan options, and help set up devices when needed. Your product knowledge will enable you to compare features across brands, explain technical specifications in understandable terms, and suggest accessories that enhance the guest experience. You will also manage online order pickups for electronics, process shipments of new products, and maintain security procedures for high-value merchandise.

What You'll Do
- Provide expert guidance on electronics products including phones, computers, and gaming
- Assist guests with mobile phone purchases and activation services
- Demonstrate product features and explain technical specifications clearly
- Recommend accessories and add-on products to enhance guest purchases
- Maintain electronics department organization, security, and presentation
- Process high-value merchandise transactions and warranty plans
- Stay informed about latest technology trends and new product releases
- Manage online order pickups for electronics items
- Stock and merchandise electronics products according to planograms
- Collaborate with mobile carrier representatives and vendor partners
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interest in and knowledge of consumer electronics and technology
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Customer service oriented with friendly, helpful approach
- Ability to learn new products and technologies quickly
- Comfortable with sales goals and recommending products
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous electronics, wireless, or specialty retail experience preferred
