About This Role

Join Target as a Store Manager and lead one of America's most recognizable retail brands. As a Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for all aspects of store operations including sales performance, guest service, team development, inventory management, and operational excellence. You will lead a diverse team of department supervisors, team leads, and sales associates to deliver an outstanding shopping experience while achieving financial targets and operational goals. What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic leadership for all store operations and team members
  • Drive sales growth and profitability while controlling expenses and shrink
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and operational excellence across all departments
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leadership team and staff
  • Analyze business metrics and implement action plans to achieve goals

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years progressive retail management experience required
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing 50+ team members
  • Excellent financial acumen and business analytics skills
  • Outstanding communication, coaching, and people development capabilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexible availability including extended hours during peak business periods
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to meetings and training sessions
