What You'll Do
- Lead and develop team of sales associates in assigned department
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are met consistently
- Manage department operations including scheduling, inventory, and merchandising
- Train new team members on procedures, products, and guest service expectations
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve goals
- Execute merchandising plans and promotional sets according to company standards
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members on performance
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate complex issues to store leadership
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Partner with store leadership to drive business results and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years retail experience with at least 1 year in leadership role
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
- Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with retail systems, scheduling software, and basic business analytics
