As a Warehouse Associate, you will work in our backroom fulfillment center, picking and packing online orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely order fulfillment for our guests. In this fast-paced warehouse environment, you will use handheld devices to locate products, pick items for online orders, pack shipments securely, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery. You will maintain accuracy standards to ensure guests receive exactly what they ordered in perfect condition. Your organizational skills will help keep the backroom efficient and accessible, while your ability to work quickly will help meet daily fulfillment goals. You will also assist with receiving shipments, processing returns, and maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.

What You'll Do
- Pick online orders accurately using handheld scanning devices
- Pack orders securely following Target standards and shipping requirements
- Prepare orders for guest pickup, drive-up service, and shipping
- Receive and process incoming inventory and shipments
- Maintain organized backroom areas and stock locations
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits for accuracy
- Process returns and restocking of merchandise
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Meet productivity and accuracy goals for order fulfillment
- Maintain clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environment with walking, bending, and reaching
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- Basic technology skills for using handheld scanners and devices
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience helpful but not required
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity standards
